Hello! I'm Nova, a programmer by day, and digital artist by night. I love to draw anything science fiction or fantasy, whether it be robots, aliens, monsters, and many more! I have a soft spot for monster romance, which I often reflect in my work. I enjoy depicting relationships between humans and their monstrous lovers, whether it's fluff or smut.

By commissioning me, you have agreed to the below terms of service:

○ Additional characters are +50% of the base cost.
○ Backgrounds start at an additional $30+, based on complexity.
○ Prices are subject to change due to complexity, which will be discussed and reflected in the estimate.
○ I do NSFW work as well!
○ I offer a couple payment options - either full payment up front, or 50% up front then 50% at completion. If neither of these work with you, I'm willing to discuss other payment plans!
○ All terms will be written up in an agreement that will be reviewed and signed, to protect both the client and artist.

Fees
Commercial Fee
○ A commercial license must be obtained if the client wishes to use the artwork for, but not limited to: merchandise, book covers, prints, etc.
○ Commercial fee is +50% of the price.
Promotional Fee
○ A promotional license must be obtained if the client wishes to use the art for promotional materials, such as for giveaways, freebies, and social media marketing.
○ Promotional fee is +25% of the price.
Rush Fee
○ If the work needs to be completed within 7 days from the start of the project, a 30% rush fee will be applied.

○ An affordable option for those on a budget.
○ Commercial license included in the price.
○ Fully rendered.
○ Repeatable/Unlimited slots.
○ Any gender/body type.
○ Additional background starts at $30+ (Simple background is free).
Terms of Service
Project Acceptance
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.Project will not begin until the commission agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. Delaying either will delay the project as well, or potentially incur a rush fee.
NSFW Work
Client must be 18 years of age or older to commission work that is considered adult content. This includes work that is suggestive, sexual, or violent in nature.
The Process
I ensure frenquent updates regarding the process of creating the work. When working with me, you should expect updates at these points:
1. Thumbnail/Sketch phase.
2. Flat Colors.
3. Final render.
4. Any changes made to the work at any point of the process.
AI Clause
I do not use generative AI in any part of the process of my work. By agreeing to my TOS, the client shall not use my work to train any generative AI programs. Doing so will result in legal action.If client is found to use generative AI in their work (Ex. an author using AI to write their book), I reserve the right to terminate the project without refund to the client.
Rejection/Cancellation of Project
The client shall not unreasonably withhold acceptance of, or payment for, the project. If, prior to completion of the project, the client observes any non-conformance with the artwork, the artist must be promptly notified, allowing for necessary corrections. Rejection of the completed project or cancellation during its execution past the sketching phase will result in forfeiture of deposit and the possible billing for all additional labor or expenses to date. All elements of the project must then be returned to the artist. Any usage by the client of those elements will result in appropriate legal action. Client shall bear all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees in any action brought to recover payment under this contract.
